Home Inspection
The Owner of the company did the inspection. Real Estate agents will not recommend him because he tends to kill a lot of sells due to the inspection findings. He was detailed and found absolutely every thing possible in the house that was wrong. The home in question was 9 years old and he was able to get us $5000 back at closing due to problems he found. The report was huge and explained every thing including annual recommended maintenance. I work at Vectren and have no association to the company. I also have a friend that used them and had the same experience.
