Carpet Cleaning

Our tile floor was beginning to look worn and dirty. Actually, it was the sealer applied to the tile shortly after installation that was dirty. Servpro gave us an estimate to clean our tile. A different crew showed up a few days later to attempt the cleaning. The bathroom went OK, but when they attempted to clean our breakfast area they stopped almost immediately. Seems they are equipped to (basically) steam clean the tile, not actually remove the old, obviously dirty sealer and apply a new coat. Why didn't they say so in the first place. Why say you can do something, then stop in the middle, and say "sorry, but we can't actually do what you ask". Definitely disappointed in these people. If you want a basic cleanup, if you want you tile washed, then these people are probably OK. For what we needed; and I have to say, what we needed should have been obvious; don't bother.
