Not same day, week, month, quarter or even year! Our oven/microwave combination broke the first week of November. Needed two new electrical boards. We waited SIX WEEKS for them to order the parts. They ordered THE WRONG PARTS and tried to say our 5 year old Jen Air oven had no model number. I gave them the specs and THEY HAD THE PARTS that needed to be ordered along with a $650 deposit. No communication for months. Did not return calls or keep us informed. It is the end of February and we still have not received the parts. Almost four months with no oven or microwave. Asked for updates. NONE. We call, they put us on hold and do not pick up phone. Two unreturned calls this week. horrible company/service. No thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years dinners with my family of five. They never contact us. I understand a mistake but they don’t care.

True to their name. Same Day got out there the same day and determined that the control thermostat was bad. He didn't have the part but could pick it up locally. The next day he returned and repaired the fridge. The service was quick and professional. Just recently, I used them again.

I asked about the price and was told a price that seemed high and they agreed to come down to a more reasonable price compared to other estimates in the area. We eventually reached a price we agreed on. After services were performed they told me to get that price I had to leave them a positive review on Angies's List... Really???? I didn't know that they were allowed to buy positive reviews, this really left a bad taste in my mouth, I declined so that I could leave a more accurate review. Service performed was good, it has been a few months now and everything still seems to be working.

It went fine. Had to wait for them to order the board. It was expensive because we had to pay for the original service call, and then pay again when he came to replace it, which took only a few minutes but cost $140 in labor because that is their minimum cost.
