AGENT: SHAWN LIVEE GAO - In the past 20 some years I've bought and sold several houses and worked with quite a few real estate agents but I've never worked with someone so under handing, deceiving and calculating. She would send an email with the final amount and couple hours within the contract expiration deadline, the things would change. Emails, requests, questions would not be answered within acceptable time. If she did response, she would be rude in her answers, either in person or email. In the future, I will make sure that never to purchase any of her listings nor the company she works for. I will file a complaint with Texas Real Estate Commission.
