"I'm very sorry that you feel this way we did a great job on your fence and a super great price.. There was a mixture between quote and the go head between all three neighbors to start the project and the meantime we had lots of rain and other jobs booked... I have no control of weather! And I am also very sorry about the cedar shortage we had there for about a month and a half to two months I have no control of that that I had to drive on the far side of town my fence suppliers Home Depot Lowe's nobody had Cedar pickets for about a month-and-a-half two months.. Into the next part gate latch not put on properly.. ?? We've put on hundreds of gate latches and I've never had somebody ask us to redo the gate latch because it's incorrect... But hey there's a first time for everything... I do remember you buying some Pacific at top of fence pole latch... I COULDN'T INSTALL IT FOR YOU...It would be the gate latch that you purchased that was because you requested some special gate latch and I did not hook it up because it WOULDN'T WORK with the frame that we build for Gates.... And last but not least you text me after I called you and said not to worry about it you were going to install gate latch throughout the weekend, and also said we left a hammer there and if I would like to come and get it.. To the last text you sent me I did not respond you are correct you can have the hammer... And again very sorry that you feel this way I tried to keep it where all my customers are happy have Smiles on their face when they pay me final payment.... And for anyone reading this I'm very sorry we try to have the best customer service possible but out of hundreds of customers you're bound to get one or two unsatisfied.. We strive to try to keep the best customer service possible...."
