The Newmark representative was open minded and willing to find out exactly what we wanted in our new home. There were several suggestions made to accommodate our desires without extra charge. The upgrades we received only cost an extra seven thousand, so we did them. They called after we moved in to make sure everything was all right. There have been absolutely no problems, since moving in. We are very happy with this house.

We love our new house built by Newark homes but we weren t very satisfied with the building process. The house isn t as good quality as we expected and as promised. The customer service was very poor in dealing with Newark and we have had some cosmetic things that needed to be fixed. The backyard of our house wasn t graded properly so when it rains everything floods back there. I really like my new house but wouldn t hire Newark to build me home in the future.
