I tried to fix the fan the first time myself, but did so unsuccessfully, so I called this company. They took about a week (maybe needed to order the fan) and charged me for the replacement of the fan. I had to take my computer there to get it fixed. I was happy with their help.

I HAVE USED NORM ON VARIOUS OCCASIONS FOR COMPUTER PROBLEMS. YOU CAN TAKE THE COMPUTER IN OR THEY CAN MAKE A HOUSE CALL. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM, AND ARE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
