My voice message I left Chris Mock was returned in a timely manner. He asked my issues and told me he could come out early the next morning . He got my name, my address and a good phone number to call. The next morning I received a phone call telling me they would be at my house in about 15 minutes. Chris was professional during his time with my issues. He answered any question I had regarding this older toilet. He took the old toilet out. He replaced with my new toilet. They cleaned up the area nicely where the old toilet was and made sure my new toilet was working and that I was satisfied. I am a happy new customer who would give recommendations to use this plumbing company- Mock Plumbing- for all with any plumbing issues. I will call Chris Mock again for any future plumbing concerns.

The water was not as hot as we expected the next day they came back and replaced a thermostat for no extra cost to us. Excellent service, professional service personnel.

The technician worked very hard to clear the drain, but the equipment was not sufficient to clear the clog.

They were very hard to get in touch with. I called and left a message about a quote for drainage installation in our yard. I hadn't heard back a couple of days later; so I called again, but still kept getting their voicemail at various times during their business hours. I didn't leave anymore messages aside from the first one, but gave it a few more days until I called again. When I called today, I miraculously was able to talk to someone. A lovely lady, Judy, was very helpful in taking my info and scheduling the estimate; however when she mentioned the $35 estimate fee, I canceled. It would take two weeks to get someone to my house for an estimate, they don't answer phones or return your call, and they want to charge $35 for someone to tell me how much the job would be? Pass. $35 is not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but being more accommodating to your customers goes a long way.

They came out when they said they would. They did a good job and didn't take them long to replace 2 water heaters.

Called Mock and they scheduled an appt. for 11:30 AM on a Friday. Waited until 1:15 PM and Mock's was a no show. I received no call while waiting that they were not coming. Called his office and left a long message about this as no one answered and aked to call me when they could come. Have waited 2 weeks and still no call. Schedule another plumber to fix. Poor customer communications.

Professional in every way. Great website; made appointment for next morning; showed up on time in company truck and company shirt; diagnosed issue; fixed it; and was completed in 1 hour. This is what I expect from a service company, but seldom get. Great job!

It didn't get past the gentleman hanging up the phone on me because I kindly asked if he had a plumber that could come out to my house today. Hanging up on me was not necessary. Rudeness will get you nowhere. Show some kindness in a time like this!!

We’ve used Mock Plumbing a few times over the last six to eight years. This past Tuesday, July 19, 2016, they rerouted the washing machine drain in the garage and the kitchen drain from under the slab to outside the slab after the existing piping collapsed. Chris and his assistant worked almost non-stop from about 8:30am until they finished around 2pm in the extreme heat and humidity. They had to break through some concrete in a slab adjacent to the house, dug everything with a shovel, drilled through brick, dug down to the main sewer line to tie-in the new piping, and covered everything up. The time and price also included having a masonry guy come out to repair the masonry at the kitchen and the exterior wall where the washing machine drain came out of the house and repaired the concrete that was removed. Though I was not happy about having a drain line visible inside my garage, I understood there was no option when Chris explained the reasoning behind the decision. The price was good as far as I can tell. Chris diagnosed the collapsed pipe and proposed the reroute as a solution on the initial call-out when the washing machine drain stopped flowing. Based on previous experience with Mock and having used a different plumbing company prior to finding Mock and having seen costs for the same work posted in reviews of other plumbing companies, I did not feel a need to research other plumbing companies nor get estimates from them. Mock has done good work for us before and I am pleased with the work they did on this job. I feel I have my plumber in Mock Plumbing. They are the only company I would use for plumbing work and recommend them to whomever is in need of plumbing services.

I called him late one day early in the week. I had called a bunch of plumbers, and he was the only one who returned my call. I did my research, and he directed me to his supply chain. He talked me into a couple models. He and a helper came out, and tried to fix my old water heater first. The next day he came out with a new one, and replaced it on the spot. He did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. He knew his models, and what he was talking about. He knew the product, and he did an excellent job.

He fixed it within a short amount of time, using quality replacement parts.

Pleasant experience. Convenient scheduling, great communication,and quick service upon arrival. Left a message on his voicemail explaining our needs, and asked for a call back to let us know if it was a job he was interested in doing. He returned the call a few hours later and asked to set an appointment for the following day during a specified window of time. He stated he would call if he was running behind and we could reschedule, then, if it would no longer be convenient for us. On the date of appt), he called approx 1 1/2 hrs ahead of appt time to explain the job he was currently working was taking longer than expected, but would call at a specified time to let us know when he would be on the way (just as he said he would when we talked the day before). We did speak at that time, as promised. (I consider it "punctual" when a person is in communication with me and its agreed upon to change a time vs someone who shows late with no communication.). He and his assistant addressed the 3 listed items and work was completed quickly (30 mins or less). He even took the time to introduce himself to our very curious kitty in order to put her at ease with strangers in the home. Thanks for taking care of the last few items needed to satisfy the buyer's requests!

I called for service on Monday morning, and Team Mock arrived by noon. They were very courteous, and even removed their shoes to avoid tracking dirt in my house. (We'd had a lot of rain in Baton Rouge over the weekend.) The problem was diagnosed and repaired very quickly because they had all the necessary parts with them. They did a beautiful job, and cleaned up completely when the work was done. Total time for the service was about an hour. Thank you so much! I will definitely use Mock Plumbing in the future.
