Michael was always polite nad he did try to honor his warranty; however, he often did not show up when he said he would and I would have to contact him again and reschedule. After 4 attempts, the leak in the covered walkway never stopped leaking. The leak in the kitchen initially stopped leaking, but started leaking again after several months. Ultimately, Michael stopped corresponding.

Michael was very friendly and professional. I had a small hole in my roof that had been originally caused by Hurricane Beryl, and Michael was also able to point out another small area that had damage that I was not aware of at the time. He repaired both areas and did excellent work at a reasonable and fair price. He appears to be very honest and will not try to upsell unnecessary repairs but will honestly take a look at your roof and suggest any needed work. It is good to trust someone without having to worry about being overcharged and the knowledge that quality work was done. I highly recommend MM Roofing if you want honesty, fair price, and quality work.

We met with Mike and showed him our roofing problems and he answered all of our questions and concerns. He was affordable and solved our roofing problems in a timely manner. They cleaned up and were very polite. They were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this company and even let them put a sign in our front yard.
