Description of Work: Whole house remodel/update.

Description of Work: I hired them to do a complete kitchen remodel, and complete bathroom remodel. I signed a contract and was put on a weekly payment schedule. He totally manipulated me when it came to money. I didn't realize it until we got down to the last $5K and he wasn't half finished. I refused to pay him anymore until certain things were completed. We provided him a list of items that needed to be completed, and I they weren't getting complete. We found his workers asleep in our backyard during the day, etc. He kept telling me those things were minor and could be quickly completed. I believe the final straw was when he cussed out my husband. I believe he was fired after that, and we were left to complete the list of items that haven't been finished. The kitchen cabinets were made just for my kitchen, the drawers are falling off. All of the granite that was installed in the kitchen was never sealed and the pieces that come together should look seamless, not this. There is spaces between the granite and the wall and windows even with my backsplash installed. I paid him to remove the wallpaper in my kitchen, he textured and painted over it even after I brought it to his attention. The granite in my shower was installed backwards, so the water from the shower should flow back into the shower flows onto the floor. I could go on but my recommendation would be to find someone else that is trustworthy and that actually cares about the completion of your project. Also always keep up with your payments to the contractor, never let the contractor owe you more than you owe them.
