The delivery was on time, they were careful when bringing the new mattresses in and removing the old mattresses from the house, and they kept the mattresses from getting wet since it was raining. The delivery men were also very courteous and professional, and the price seemed reasonable. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I've already referred them to friends.

We had mixed feelings about Mattress Firm. The main sales manager seemed very knowledgeable and eager for our business, but he explained things so quickly that we felt a little confused even after we asked more questions. The other sales staff did not seem knowledgeable and weren't able to help us very well. We did shop around quite a bit at other stores before making the purchase but ended up coming back to Mattress Firm because we didn't find any other mattresses that we liked better.
