We have been buying/servicing our vacuums from Larry at Mars Discount Vacuum since 1996. We drive to Sugarland every time! You can't beat the service, people and great products. He never tries to "sale" you a vacuum...he fits it to your needs.

I checked "yes" for services provided even though my vacuum was unable to be repaired. Larry and other folks that work at Mars were very helpful.  My poor old Kenmore ate a cat toy, let out a loud shriek and died a sem-peaceful death. A friend that has known Larry for many years recommended Mars, so I took it in. While hoping for a miracle, I had a feeling that it was hopeless.  Larry took about 40 minutes explaining what was broken and that parts were no longer made for my cleaner.He explained and demonstrated what I should look for in a new one. Who knew? It was amazing to see his demonstrations and hear about what to look for and the various types of vacuums.  It is rare to find someone so patient and so honest.  We haven't decided what to buy yet, but we feel like we are informed enough to make an educated decision and it didn't cost a penny.  Thank you, Larry. We'll be back!

My Kenmore Vacuum wasn't working properly and was out of warranty so I wanted to get it repaired. When I went to the Sears Repair Center, they charge $60 just to look at the appliance and if the repair is more, you pay the difference. When I explained that it was doing the same thing as before (high pitched sound and no suction), they said they could not assess the problem without payment. I elected to look elsewhere and found Mars Vacuum Cleaner Center on the BBB site and decided to call. They told me they gave free estimates so I had nothing to lose to go there. And they were relatively close to my home. When I got there, Carlos asked me some questions regarding the problems I had and then proceeded to turn it on and check it out for himself. Within minutes he fixed the problem (I had lost suction because some debris had gotten stuck in the flexible hosing - all he did was stretch out the hose while he had it on and the noise went away and the suction worked again. I was impressed that he didn't try to take me for anything.
