The pool was a big mess when they first came due to the previous company we were using. Bernie, the owner, came out and he was fantastic. He's been doing a very good job at gettnig the pool back to the way it should be and he is just the best!

Bernie does an excellent job and is very responsive to any requests or questions I have. His pricing is consistent with similar pool servicing in the area. Bernie is through and leaves a detailed card of all services performed and needed. Highly recommended!

Bernie does a fantastic job and really puts the customer first. He is punctual and has good people working along with him. My prior services were always breaking pool equipment or utilizing the equipment incorrectly to make their job easier and quicker. Bernie comes prepared and has the right pool cleaning equipment for the job always. He listens to your needs and will tailor his services for you. He always has a great attitude and the pool has never looked better. If you go with him you won't be disappointed and your pool and the equipment will be in top condition. Excellent, quality work

This is the first pool I've owned so I was a bit stressed on how to maintain it.  Bernie, the owner of Marathon Pool Services, educated me on everything I need to know about pool maintenance.  I was impressed that he took the time to answer all the questions I had.

His company is always on time and very professional.  Like clockwork, every Wednesday at 9 to 9:30, he and a crew member are here.  The service is very predictable - great looking pool every time!  

Some pool companies may charge less, but may cost you more over the long term.  Bernie catches problems early so you can do something about it before it causes a more expensive problem.  

Bernie with Marathon Pool maintains our pool on a weekly basis. Bernie is professional, friendly, responsive and our pool has never looked better. We were always hesitant to hire a pool service due to cost, but Bernie is very competitive and he goes above and beyond. He communicates any issues, responds to any concerns and lets you know up front what the cost may be for any service outside of the weekly maintenance service. What is great is that he reminds us when it is time for filter maintenance as well! You will see Bernie and not just someone he has contracted which is awesome! You cannot go wrong!

Last Spring when the Brazos River overflowed its banks, our entire backyard including the pool, was flooded. It was full of mud, dead fish, insects and even a baby alligator managed to get in. I thought our beautiful pool would never be the same. But we found Marathon Pool Services and within a week, the water was crystal clear and the pool was looking better than it ever had before. I am so grateful and thankful for the amazing job they did and continue to do every week. I can't imagine using anyone else.
