Macro Remodeling and Restoration Services

After a tree hit our roof and water began flooding our home, I contacted Macro to inquire about emergency services. Despite the company's statement on its website that 24 hour emergency service is available, I was told no such service is available.

Due to the nature of the issue, he suggested that I should wait out and see change in weather will fix the warp floors, as I had floors installed only two years ago and he was concerned about the cost of floors installed and didnt want to rip them out just to get some business for himself. He didnt charge me anything for an hour of consultation. I will strongly recommend Michael for any restoration services.

Michael showed up on time for the appointment and gave a detailed measurement and estimate of the total costs. His crew did a good job on completing the work in good quality and on time. Michael negotiated with insurance adjuster to get more payment from insurance company to cover the repair costs than what insurance company initially offered. He also informed me the progress from beginning to the end in a professional way. Michael is friendly and very easy to work with. 
The quality of their work is very good. What impressed me is that he always gives me prompt updates on the repair progress and the negotiation steps with insurance company. His efforts saved me a lot of time and hustle. Overall speaking, i will rank their work as excellent and will recommend Macro Remodeling and Restoration Services to other people on Angies List.

What a difference with a reputable contractor, the whole job was completed in two and a half days.  The backsplash and tile work were top of the line.  Mike was really great he have us some really good tips on how to select the correct type of material for the backsplash in our kitchen.
We had a previous contractor who took four months to finish an incomplete job.  They would call and say they were coming and never showed up.   Macro Remodeling is a great company and would highly recommend them to all friends and family. 

Excellent service. Mike has been doing this a while and it shows. He was very knowledgable and gave the impression of an honest man who will get the job done right for a fair price. His team was courteous and very competent. I'm very happy with the results and would reccomend him highly to anyone who asked.

Mike and his crew did a really great job on our repairs. Our completed kitchen is exactly what I ordered. From the start Mike knew what needed to be done and wrote a complete estimate of the work. He made sure we had a chance to look at the paperwork and that we agreed to the scope and cost. He started work on time and his crew was top notch. I think he has one of the best cabinet makers in Houston. Mike's subcontractors did a great job on the sheetrock repair, restoring the cabinets and painting. The cabinet maker did a fabulous job building the new unit and restoring the old cabinets to match. We did have a few set backs due to mismeasurement, but nothing that couldn't be fixed in a timely manner. All of the undercabinet lighting was replaced and work well. The paint on the walls and the cabinets is really nice and the painters didn't make a mess. The job took a little longer than qouted but we are happy with the outcome. We would definitely use Mike at Macro again.

Guys were very good, and Mike was there inspecting each day.
Mike was very available via phone too.

They are great general contractors. I could leave them in the house working and they were at my house about 6 days a week for about 5 weeks. They made the process of getting our home ready to sell so much easier.
