They were prompt, courteous and priced right.

Good. Only took about 15 minutes.

Prior to the owners arrival, he asked me to provide him with a description of the job and he could give me a rough estimate. He came out and repaired the lock. He saved me over $300 in this repair, as he informed me the lock didn't need replaced but only repaired. He didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I would highly recommend Lockbuster's Inc, to anyone.

He was very knowledgeable, had all the right spare parts to fix a lock.  We were unable to get in front door and he repaired the good quality lock that we had.  He told us it was a better option to repair the lock rather than replace with a new lock because we would most likely have had to repaint the front door if the new lock did not fit the door exactly as the old one did.  He was very pleasant and professional.  He showed up at the agreed upon time.  I would definitely hire him again.

Richard was very friendly and didn't mind walking thru my yard of overgrown weeds to get to the gate even in his nice pants and shoes. He worked quickly and explained everything as he went while I took the time to trim some branches. He made some recommendations for securing the door more and gave me the name of a welder who could shore up the lock and the fence so that it wouldn't jam again. I was a bit surprised by the final bill but I paid it. He was punctual, called ahead, asked me to send pictures when he didn't understand my description over the phone. It was all very professional so I didn't mind paying a little more.

Richard is just AMAZING. He was my first really positive experience using an Angie's List provider. He answered my call and agreed to do the work during that call. Everyone else I've used has had to call me back. He told me he'd be at my house the next morning. He called at 9am to tell me he was on his way. He was here 20 minutes later. He was through in about an hour. My gate was slightly bent and didn't open easily. He recommended someone who could fix it without me even having to ask. I will always contact Richard first with any of my locksmith needs. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He had everything he needed in his van to complete my job. Richard really understands what a customer appreciates. My experience with Lockbusters was absolutely positive. The quality of the service he provided is rare. He is a genuine professional.

I was very pleased, they are very proficient, arrive on time, and do excellent work.... but they are very expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. The quality of work and being there on time is why I would recommend them. I would tell others that you should ask for the price upfront before the work is started. I would use them again in the future.

They were very good. I had met the owner and he had given me a magnet for the refrigerator. I just stuck it up there. So, we needed some locks changed, I called him. They arrived on time. They were very nice and very professional. They installed two locks and keyed them to what my keys were. They gave me some good tips on the keys. They were very knowledgeable and the price was good. They did a good job. They gave me three extra keys. I would recommend them very highly. They provided good service.
