I have really enjoyed Life Time so far. They have plenty of equipment, so I don't find myself waiting like I have at other gyms. Their persoanl trainers seem knowledgable, but a little pushy, as they work on commission. Also, Life Time really does a much better job than most when it comes to facility cleanliness. While they are more expensive than many fitness centers, the old adage is true...you get what you pay for! I'll keep paying, as I prefer that to lowering my standards by going to a sub-par gym.

I like the positive environment they create. They are very convenient. They have spa and salon inside the gym. I do not have to leave the gym to get something to eat. They have a healthy cafand eacute; inside the gym.

Love this gym. The staff is friendly and helpful and very clean. I do not feel intimated or like it is a meet market.
