Buyer Be Ware!! This business is not what you would think! I ordered a chair in a different fabric from what was on the showroom floor on 01/14/2018, When it was delivered (after THREE FAILED delivery attempts) it was defective, lopsided and excess padding in some areas and excessive padding in other areas. I called the store to complain and was told that I had to speak to "customer service". I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. After THREE calls more, I received a call from "customer service" (5 days after I called) to tell me that since this was a "special Order" i would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I told her the chair was poorly made and defective. she informed me that I had signed the order and they were not refunding my money in full. The would take out a 25% restocking fee even though the item is defective and does not comply with the sample on the showroom floor! Buyer Be Ware! This is NOT an honorable business. Save Your Money Buy somewhere else!!

Everything went fine and excellent.  Michael was the salesman i used and he was very informative and very helpful.  And he know his products

Rather poorly. The salespeople fail to tell you about their limitations of delivery, nor do they tell you about the five day waiting period for delivery, after you pay the balance by check. If you question their failure to tell you these things, the response is little more than "too bad." And, they will be rude about it at the same time. They really do not care.
