Did not love this place at all. I've bought and sold about 15 properties in the past 20 years. I picked this place because they were close to me. Never have I ever worked with a title company that cared less about me or my business. Over and over they promised to do things that they did not do. Things as simple as a call or email to provide an update on progress. I called several times and left messages with the front office staff and on answering machines. I even went up to their office once because no one was returning my calls. Even then the person assigned to my file was not available to see me nor did she return my calls. When I called and asked to speak with the person in charge I was told it was the person assigned to my file. Stay away, far away.

My Realtor wanted to use them and they were great.  Title company fees are state set; there’s no competition with fees.  They were very professional, they didn’t waste my time, and they were very prompt.  Everything about them was good.
