Family owned. PRESSURE WASHING IS ALL WE DO! We have been in this business almost 20 years, since 1995. We are NOT the guys you find in the local "Convenience Store Advertisements". WE´RE NOT the "Handyman", "Painter", "Sheetrock" or "Landscape" guys that have got nothing else to do so they buy a cheap $300 pressure washer and decide they´re in the pressure washing business. We´ve got over $250,000 worth of state of the art equipment. We´ve done over 3500 homes with (0) zero complaints in the past 19 years. Commercial business is about 80% of our business. We specialize in Sidewalks, Parking Spaces, Back Docks, Drive Thrus, Etc Retail, Restaurants, Manufacturing Etc. Most of our commercial customers we service on a monthly schedule. Residential business is about 20% of our business. The reason for big difference is that ALL residential jobs are done by either Me (Kim Mirshak) and / or my son (David). I have several other service techs, but in my company the ONLY people that do RESIDENTIAL WORK is either Me or my Son. I treat YOUR home exactly the same way I treat my own. I do absolutely nothing different when pressure washing my own home that I would do on yours. I´ve heard every "horror" story there is from customers who´ve called me saying they went with the "cheap" guy. Everything from broken windows, flooded homes, ripped screens, blown off gutters, destroyed bricks, mortar and hardy plank. Someone who doesn´t know what they´re doing can do a lot of damage to your home in a very short time. This is why I make it a point to let everyone know that PRESSURE WASHING IS ALL WE DO! We are not in this business as a "sideline". We are based in Sugar Land but we have both Commercial and Residential customers all over the Greater Houston area. All the way from Sugar Land to Kingwood, from Conroe to Galveston, from Katy to Baytown. We have probably cleaned over 1500 homes just in the Sugar Land / Katy area alone.
