CUSTOMER SERVICE (WARRANTY DEPT) ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NEITHER ARE THE FOREMEN ON SITE. PRICES ARE NOT REASONABLE TO MY OPINION EITHER. (THIS IS BASED ON OTHER PEOPLE'S EXPERIENCES AND MY OWN WITH OTHER HOME BUILDERS.)
