KAREN'S KREATIONS

This is the third time I have used Karen's Kreations for my window treatments throughout the span of about 5 years. Once for faux wood blinds and twice for plantation wood shutters. As always the work was done entirely to  my satisfaction, on time and done right the first time. She pays close attention to detail and when I mention something she has already taken the detail into account. The installers are very pleasant and accommodating of my requests. My daughter recommended her to me and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing shutters or blinds.

It was a great experience. I called Karen and she immediately returned my call and we set a date to talk. She showed my husband and I different window treatments and we asked for suggestions. She was NOT pushy and gave us estimates on wooden blinds and plantation shutters. However, she did suggest brown shutters for the kitchen and bathroom (which by the way were the same price as the white shutters). What a wonderful suggestion. They look FANTASTIC!!! We decided on the plantation shutters. Her prices were very reasonable. The worker came and measured the windows for the shutters the same week and we got the final product within a few weeks. They were installed today and they are GORGEOUS. Karen came by the inspect the work and to make sure we were happy. We also got to choose what kind of hinges we wanted. Since I have my house in brushed nickel, I went with brushed nickel hinges. Little things like that are important to me. It was a GREAT experience and I highly recommend Karen's Kreations for all windown treatments.

The shades were only supposed to take two weeks to come in but they took twice that long however it was not Karen's fault. She did a great job getting them out to our house and installed the same day they came in.
