Did a fine job...got it done in one day...so far everything looks fine.

We were really pleased with their attention to detail.  A previous contractor removed squirrels from our attic, but left the holes just covered with wire mesh.  JRD Construction replaced all the damaged wood, and then put hardware cloth over each hole so that the squirrels would not chew their way back into our attic.  Around the rest of the home, they replace all damaged wood, caulked our gutters and windows to make sure they don't leak anywhere, caulked, etc.  They also checked all the flashing on our roof to make sure it was all secure, and fixed anything that was wonky.  They did a really good job.

Never, ever, have I had the pleasure of being able to say that a project far exceeded my wildest expectations . . . .but our new 650 square foot deck is a true work of art.  The deck floor is a mixture of two shades of brown, in a beautiful design, and it was all built using Trex's hidden fasteners, so there are no visible screws, nails, or hardware.  Look at the Trex website for color and design options, then call these guys.  I solicited 8 bids from various contractors that were recommended to me, and in every case, not only was I not confident in their ability to give me my dream deck, but also their prices were outrageous.  Don't believe a contractor that tells you that Trex vinyl decks will cost double what wood deck would cost.  A friend of mine had just used JR.D . Construction, and was very pleased with their prices and work, so I decided to allow them the opportunity to come meet me, bid on my project and win my faith.  Their prices were approximately $10,000 below other bids, and when they discussed the project with me, I had complete faith in their abilities.  I live on a waterway, and neighbors have been boating and walking over to see it.  They completed my deck just one week ago, and they have already been hired by two of my neighbors to build their decks.  In the upcoming days, they will be pressure washing and repainting the outside of our home.  I'll be submitting another review on them after that project is done! 

Approximately two years later, the concrete repair began to severely crack and separate from the driveway. We made numerous unsuccessful attempts to get Jr.D to respond to the issue. Eventually we filed a complaint with the BBB. Jr.D finally responded and refused to take any responsibility and refused to correct the problem. Needless to say, we will not use the company again.
