We had an excellent experiance. He did what he said he would and made several recommendations and was a joy to work with. Joe was reachable, communications were easy. He took care of the Meadows Place permitting. I wish I contractors elsewhere that were willing to work me as Joe and Genny have done. Thank you guys for your fine, timely work. Adios.
