Excellent service and customer service. I called the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The tech was courteous and walk me thru the diagnosis process, he never tried to over sell a service or exaggerate the problem. Brian came out and used a sniffing device to check out the evaporator and the condenser. He found a leak in a needle valve used for checking the refrigerant pressure at the condenser. The leak was stopped with a brass valve cap (similar to the ones used on car tires). He added 2.5 lbs of refrigerant. Brian was very professional and showed me exactly where the leak was and checked the pressures and power consumption.

Repair was done, but just found out that the weld was not done well...leaking around the weld AND found that the original AC company (J&K Air) that put our AC in, would have charged us only $800 for the same warranty condensor. They would have replaced the whole unit out back for $2300.00. We spent a total of $2749 and had to call J&K out to fix what they screwed up. We are no longer calling Jackson and going back to J&K. They are much better and do not CHEAT their customers.
