HOUSTON LANDSCAPE

At first, when I had to give the money, everything went fine. Everything was beautiful once completed. Afterwards, I had a couple landscaping lights go out and a shrub completely died. After at least a dozen calls, he came and replaced a bulb for the light and had the shrub removed with promises of replacing it. Half a year later after more than 20 calls and a dozen voicemails and a couple emails to the company, no one has followed up with me. I do not have my shrub and I do not have a light on my tree anymore. I was calling for this but I wanted maintenance on the rest of my landscaping and possibly more work done. In the end, the work that was done was beautiful but if you are looking for a company committed to follow up with you when hey have done wrong, this is not the company. I will find another landscaping company to give my money too.

Everything went well and I have no complaints. The people are terrific and the work is wonderful. I am very pleased with the quality I am receiving here. Houston actually made the yard look better than I had originally expected. The people are extremely nice and very polite. I would not consider anyone else for this job and I am glad that I chose to go with them.
