The warranty went out. It would depend if they had what I wanted. I am not married to the place I get my appliances at, like I am with my service. It was ok. They did what I needed. They came when they said.

I did not have a problem with the actual installation of the water heater. What made me angry was that Houston charged a $100 permit and I had to pay extra. On top of that, when the guy came in to put it in, he said that my laundry room was not at the code because I was supposed to have a cut off switch within three feet of the water heater so that in case something happens I can turn it off easily and he had to leave. So, I had to hire an electrician to do that before he can come back to install the water heater. Supposedly this is all code coming thru from the county. This was all the change from the last time I needed a water heater. I ended up having an extra cost for the installation of my water heater because of this regulation just to generate funds for the city. It was not the contractor’s fault but what was annoying was the political crop of the city.

Person sent to talk with me about what I wanted done and give me an estimate was very professional. She had samples of different materials from all price ranges. The workers who came to do the work were on time, did their work in a professional manner and cleaned up my kitchen before leaving. I was very satisfied with the work and the length of time it took to complete.

It was very good experience. Every single shutter fit perfectly, the sawer was a great guy and the women who came to measure was great as well. I am very happy with the outcome.

They gentleman that helped us was Frank Rodriguez. Everything is custom. The companies that they have dealt with have been great. They pay great attention to detail, and seem to be doing a great job. The quality of the cabinetry has been amazing.

The carpet was actually defective. They promised to replace it, but the day of the re-install they called to say they would not replace it. All this came just after I had visited the store the day prior and met with their carpet dept. employee who reassured me the installers would be at my house the following day to replace the carpet. The store manager actually came to my house, pronounced the carpet defective, tried to schedule a re-install the following day, but it was too late. I had lost all confidence in Home Depot to stand behind their product and me their customer. Since the store signs say 100% satisfaction guarantee, I put them to the test and asked for a total refund, which after some delay and refusal to fax correct paperwork documenting the refund, they did finally provide. However, I was left with a house with NO carpet, since they had to remove it. The tack boards that remained on the floor continued to be a hazard to my toddler. It was one of the worst experiences in home improvement that I ever had!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Home Depot's blind center. The woman who helped me was back for her first day after a long illness and was very helpful. Although their sale was only 10% off or so, the actual price was less than JCPenney's 40% off sale! I was impressed by that. The blinds arrived more quickly than promised.

I called to arrange for a new water heater and wasn't sure about the size I needed. The customer representative inquired about the size of my house and suggested the mid size water heater. When the installers arrived at my house, they took a look at the location for the new heater (the attic) and informed me that the space was too small for the size heater they had on the truck and I would need to order the smallest size. The installers also informed me that I would be charged an additional fee because they will have to make an additional trip to my home. After I spoke to the manager at Home Depot, she resolved the issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

I am unhappy with the work. They put dents in the water heater when they installed it. They were supposed to come out to replace it, but they haven't. They won't return my phone calls and they refuse to come back out.

The workers installed the flooring quickly and very professionally in four days, from start to finish. I was impressed with the huge selection of choices that I got to choose from before purchasing the flooring that I wanted. The installation was quick and painless, and they did a good job at making everything look good.

Home Depot had subcontractors come out to install the carpeting in one room of my house. They broke tiles in the bathroom during the install and then denied that they broke anything. They would not fix the problem, even after I placed several phone calls. I have gotten nowhere with them or the company's management. They don't stand behind their work.

Home Depot designed my kitchen and remodeled it. The designer at the store was great. They tore out the floors, cabinets, the old electrical, plumbing and replaced all of it. The cabinets were a craft made brand. They looked great. It took several trips for the plumbers and electricians, but they did get it done. Overall everything looks great.

THE EMPLOYEE AT HOME DEPOT IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WATER HEATER AND THAT MADE MY WORK SO EASY. WHEN I INSTALLED THE WATER HEATER, I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

THE PRICING ON THE DRYER WAS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD AND THE PRICE WAS MUCH LESS THAN THE OTHER PLACES WE SHOPPED. THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER AND INSTALL THE DRYER IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM LATER WITH THE HOOK UP AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
