What started out as a simple process quickly turned difficult. The quality of workmanship came into question in many areas. Oversight of the project was not done well as evidenced by the number of times I had to bring errors or questions of quality to their attention. A new door was installed off the master bedroom and it was not secured so that evening as a storm hit, the doors blew open a few times before I was able to secure them. To top that off, I was out of town for the weekend a few days later and returned home to find those doors had remained unlocked the entire time. When I questioned them about this error, there was no accountability and there wasn't even an apology. I found this firm to be unprofessional and very inexperienced. While claiming to have been in this line of work for a long time, I came to learn that flipping houses was the primary experience and cutting corners was certainly part of the approach.
