I have used the company a few times. I was not at the home while they did the service. She mentioned the technicians were very professional and polite. I had no problem scheduling the service for her and they did a great job.

They were outstanding. He was very knowledgeable He did what he said he was going to do. I ordered the door on a Saturday morning and he installed it on the same day. The price was great.

The original quote was in-line with other bids ($150). My wife told me the representative was rude to her and he told my wife there was additional work that needed to be done. However, he did not give her an explanation of the additional work or a quote for the additional work. The final cost ended up being over $100 more than what was originally quoted. Additionally, the representative told my wife that the safety light is not working and we will have to purchase a new one, when it was working fine before he performed the repair services.

He did a good job, very quickly and at a reasonable price.

The installation was scheduled the next day. The installer showed up on time. He removed the old door and rails, installed the new door and new rails and painted it to match the trim on my garage. He cleaned up all the mess and hauled the old door away. He did a very good job and left the garage in tiptop shape.
