The sales consultant did not seem very interested in selling furniture to us. However, we liked the furniture & knew what we wanted & purchased them anyway. We were informed that our furniture would arrive on December 16. But, it didn't. I had to call 5 times to find out what the delay was. The final customer service representative informed me that the delivery truck had been stolen. Why was I not informed of this? I had to call them 5 times to get this information. He then told me that they had tried to call & had spoken to someone. He was extremely rude to me. This was not possible since the phone no. they called on had been disconnected a week prior to the furniture delivery. I was then told that the furniture would be delivered on Sunday. The delivery dept. was closed & we never got our furniture. It finally arrived late Monday evening. Every single piece of furniture was severely damaged! Some of them didn't even arrive! I would not advise anyone to shop at Fingers.

THE SALESMAN SHOWED US THE AREA WHERE THE COUCHES WERE, HELPED A LITTLE, AND THEN DISAPPEARED. WE WANTED TO ASK ABOUT DIFFERENT COLORS, BUT COULDN'T FIND THE SALESMAN. WE DID PURCHASE A COUCH, BUT THEN COULDN'T GET IT DELIVERED FOR A WEEK.
