Moving
Movers showed up an hour late and had no moving equipment whatsoever. Stood around for an hour trying to figure out where to get an appliance dolly. Never got the appliance out of the house. The owner insisted I pay for the full 2 hr, but eventually came down to the 1 hr of actual work performed. Just use someone else.
