Dr Cell Phone - Sugar Land

I called the shop first to see if they could do the repairs and they said they could and how much it would cost.  This is a chain so before I drove the 45 minutes to their shop I called closer shops to see if they could also repair my phone; no one else had the parts. Because I needed my phone and I knew it was repairable I paid a more than the insurance claim to replace it woudl cost but I got my phone back the same day and didn't have to reload or reset anything.
Since I had called the shop was ready for me; they fixed my phone in less than 60 minutes and were very professional. The shop was tidy and also professional. I would recommend them and use them again but unless I needed my phone that day I would pay for the insurance claim and get a new phone instead.

This was a great repair from start to finish. I was able to just walk in and there was a tech ready to help me. He quickly appraised the situation and quoted me the full repair price. The repair took about 10 minutes; they replaced the glass with a brand new piece. The price was exactly as quoted, and no one tried to upsell me on anything else. A pleasure!
