Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Couldn't finish installation because he said we were missing a piece of equipment. Guaranteed us he would return and finish job as as soon as ordered piece arrived. The piece arrived within the week, but he hasn't returned (since April 10) to finish the job nor has he returned any of our daily phone messages. We foolishly paid him in full by check on his first visit. We have filed a report with the Greater Houston Better Business Bureau.

SCOTT GERMAIN IS THE OWNER AND PRIMARY INSTALLER AND REPAIR PERSON. HE PUT IN OUR TOTAL SURROUND SYSTEM. SCOTT IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE IS EFFICIENT. HE IS EXPENSIVE, BUT I FELL IS WORTH THE COST.
