Martin came out on July 4th and completed a through inspection of unit (outside and inside-attic). He pin-pointed the leak, quoted a modest price and scheduled an appointment with us the following day. He arrived on time, made repairs, and rechecked system. Now the system is cooling at 69 during the day. When I received the final bill it was $50 dollars less the original quote. Incredible. My father contacted him today for some advice and Martin is researching this information for him. Great PR.

Martin was great. He came over and had a look at the duct work when he said he would. He then advised us on what the best course of action would be. He recommended that we just have a company come clean the ducts rather than replace them.

The guy I dealt with name is Martin. He is very prompt, thorough and he doesn’t overcharge or upscale. He does what needs to be done when I need to be done and he is extremely trustworthy. He listens to your needs. His estimate was 50% less and he is polite and clean. he is great.

I called Martin this afternoon. He came over to our house in couple of hours and did a wonderful job. He is polite and very professional. What he recommended was consistent to what another AC technician told us. I think he is honest. I would refer him to friends and family.

He fitted me into his schedule and literally made a service call within five minutes on my call--amazing. He repaired the air conditioner in about 20 minutes, showing me the failed part. My home never even got about the normal temperature setting on the thermostat.

Our A/C stopped working around 9PM. We called him the next morning to inquire about his availability to troubleshoot the issue. After learning that we weren?t very far from where he lived, he said he could stop by before going to the office, and he did promptly. Once arrived, he quickly determined that the fuse was blown and replaced it. And he provided some other routine maintenance as well. We really appreciated his willingness to help in time of needs, competence, and honesty in charging for the services rendered.

Martin and his team came out and installed two giant RUUD a/c units for our home. These units were so efficient, that we immediately saw a $50/month reduction in our electric bill. He recently (2/14/2014) came to our home for a system maintenance, and after having these units for 4 years, there were absolutely no problems. Martin is fair and honest. How often can you easily say that about a contractor? I highly recommend him.

The lower furnace unit motor was not working and we called Martin and explained we had guests coming in for the holidays and had no heat. He re-worked his schedule to come out the next day and fix. He showed up, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 90 minutes.
Martin originally installed our new zoned A/C and furnaces in 2007 right after we purchased our home and did a great job!. Martin, or one of his team, has come out since to perform annual maintenance and has continued to do a great job being on time, professional with very competitive rates.
Martin has always provided us great, professional and courteous service over the past 5-6 years and this time was no exception! We will continue to use and refer business to Martin and Critical Air!

i called Martin about 10: A.M. Sat. morning. He was at our house by 12:30. Determined the make of the motor that was bad in the outside unit and after spending much time on his cell, he found one. The AC unit was not a common brand. He left to get the motor and to take care of a couple of emergency calls while the motor was being delivered to his disributor. He was back by 4 PM and installed the motor. He also spent time cleaning the coils which he did not charge me for. Martin was very professional, kept me informed as things progressed, and even worked in the rain. Quite dedicated and very reasonably priced. I will call no one else for my AC & Heating problems from now on.

I have used Critical Air for at least 20 years and three houses. My sister, mother, and friends and co-workers have used them as well, based on my recommendation. They have replaced the A/C and heating units in all of my homes when necessary. They pride themselves in providing a quality job at a fair price. It is the one time when I need to call a service person that I do not feel like I could be taken advantage of. Kudos to them!

Awesome service. I had another company come and put in AC incorrectly. Critical air helped me get the manufacturer to help reinstall a new system. They got the vice president of the manufacturer to help me. They did things to my unit that the other company didn't even do. I wasn't charged anything. Everything was excellent.
