The young man /Business Owner was very professional. He analyzed the situation. and went to work. When he started working on the keys to the safe he asked me how many I wanted and quoted me a price, then actually gave me an additional one free. He took his time, which was fine, we even kidded, that he did not charge by the hour. (not that he took very long, really. He was just a nice young man.)

Arrived on time and quickly rekeyed the locks. Was courteous and price was better than other locksmiths I called. Would recommend.
