They came within the time range they spoke about. They were extremely professional. They both had shirts on that said who they were. The gentleman found a code violation, and he gave us a solution to it. He said he won’t guarantee that it would pass inspection, but it was something we can try at least. So, he saved my landlady a lot of money, and it did pass inspection. They took out the old water heater, and you could not tell they were here. It was just a very positive experience. Then, there was a problem with a smell of gas. We thought it was the water heater. My landlady was able to call them, and he came out again I believe. He was able to confirm that it was just the gas company shooting gas in the pipes to see if it was working. If I had any plumbing issue especially if it was with an old house, I would absolutely use them again because he had so much knowledge, and he was able to deal with an old water pressure issue.
