It only took a few hours for Conn's to return our call and set an appointment for the next day. The technician called an hour and a half before the scheduled appointment to inform us that one of his appointments had cancelled, and he could come over immediately. He arrived twenty minutes later, and replaced the part that regulated refrigerator temperature. He explained how it worked, and that some of these parts were faulty on the model we chose. He was very outgoing and informative. The whole job took thirty minutes. We have not had similar problems since.

When Conns Appliance came out, he replaced the icemaker because the filter wasn't changed and it was clogged up, which was my fault. He was on time, did a good job; he's professional, polite and honest. I bought the refrigerator from Conns and they are a very reputable appliance company. They get a lot of business from word of mouth and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Conns, mostly for their promptness, honesty and reasonable prices.

I am really happy with their service and highly recommend them to everyone. The company is very professional and their employees are courteous. I was happy they came out on time and had the job done quicker than expected. It was working like brand new in less than 2 days.

We have a contract with the company so there was no cost to fix it as it was under the contract for service. I don't have any problems with the work that they do. It is running just fine now and they did a good job at explaining what was wrong. They told us to call if we had any more problems so they could come to check it out if needed, but so far it isn't needed.

I bought the washer from Conns and luckily it was still under warranty. The technician arrived at the time we decided on, and fixed it in forty-five minutes. He was very apologetic and helpful. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty, because the technician told me it would have cost between one hundred and fifty and two hundred dollars to repair if I hadn't.
