OMG I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with these people. YES they are rude and very unprofessional. I was one month behind on my rent due to battling Breast Cancer and they were unwilling to work with me Knowing my situation. I didn't want free rent, I needed time to get the money together after not being able to work. My job donated sick leave time to cover me, but then realized afterwards that I had not been with the company long enough and took the hours back from me, which was one month entire pay. We are paid monthly. I spoke with MariElla and informed her of this information and they still filed an eviction on me. Now I have given them their $1350 plus $250 in fees and their STILL trying to evict me. But of course these people hide behind their phones and emails. I came into the office after gaining my strength and she sent someone else out to speak with me instead of herself. Camillo Properties doesn't realize that your Tenants are who made you. This behavior is unacceptable and as I stated before I hope non of them have to deal with serious medical issues that **** near takes you out. It's not cool. I had to give one star, but they deserve a negative....
