Butch Watterson has an incredible team of Real Estate professionals who helped me and my husband sell our old house and helped us buy our new home within a very short period of time. I heard about his team from some friends, and decided to give him a try. We ended up being so happy with their service. He went through the paperwork with us in every single detail, giving us honest advice tips on how to make our house more sellable. He then had his designer (Kelli) come over and take photos of our home for the listing websites. Kelli did an incredible job with setting up our home and with the photos! We then worked super closely with Jill, who helped us finalize the sale. Finally, his other team member, Jo Anna helped us find a new beautiful home, which we move into within a month! Most importantly, everyone in the team, including Butch, were super responsive and sensitive to our needs!
