ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE

I am happy with the furniture, but I was not happy with the scheduling of the delivery. I keep my grandsons, and I was getting them to come between the time schedules, then they set one day with the time schedule, and then they called me  to say that they are late, and need to reschedule, I said I needed the same schedule. They said they could do it two days later, then they called an hour later and said it would be between 2:00 and 6:00. That was so annoying. The quality of delivery was good, and the guys were very professional, but I had to make special arrangements for my grandson. I liked the quality of the furniture and the price.

They have a terrible telephone system. I enjoy going to the store. I always see something that I like. There is no high pressure sales. They greeted me at the door and showed me what I was looking for. They listened to me and tried to help me find the perfect piece. They do offer delivery. I thought the price was fair. I will be going back. Everything was wonderful except for the telephone system. Sometimes I have to order and wait for an item. I thought Fay, the sales lady, was outstanding. She was an easy, caring and listening type of person who was giving thought to what I was asking for.

Not well. I am tired of putting my life on hold to accommodate Ashley Furniture.
