When your secretary bought this deal on Angies List, they were having website issues and the purchase did not show on our account. 2 days later I found the confirmation email on our spam folder under your secretary's name (Maxine Server). The address that was provided at time of purchase was completely wrong from the address you needed the filter cleaning. I did schedule the filter cleaning right away after I found the email on our spam folder, but when technician showed up to do the cleaning he realize it was a church and not a house. I contacted you by email right away since a phone number was not provided. You then sent a different address which was in spring, that was 40 miles from our office location. I responded to the email immediately and told you that unfortunately we did not service your area. If a correct name, address and phone number were provided at the time the deal was purchase a guarantee you this would not had happened. I do apologize for any inconvenience we may had caused.
