Alex Alam was the sales representative that we worked with. He was very knowledgeable about his equipment. He even brought along with him, during the estimate, to show what ever piece of equipment would look like and how it worked. The installer was very knowledgeable but not the most polite person to deal with. The installation took longer than expected. The alarm is working great and we've had no problems.

Home Security System Service
We had just moved into a brand new house and were considering putting in an alarm system in. We held off for awhile because we were so busy. Then one day, during the day, My wife and I came home to see that the front door and been kicked in and we had been robbed. I immediately called the police and my family. My brother suggested that I call American Best Security. They were incredible!! I just called them up, set up an appointment, and the sales manager was there on our time. He was very caring and didn't just try to up-sell us. Instead he explained everything to us clearly and provided us with our needs. The installation went perfectly and on time. Now my wife and I feel so much better. They also said they did security cameras and I definitely be giving them a call about that too for my business. Thanks American Best Security!!
