Very pleased with service! Gave us a one hour window to arrive at the house and was very punctual. Super nice guy and great job on the chip.

I just want to start this review by saying Ace Chip 'N' Crack Repair are the BEST with regard to repairing windshield damage. They were prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable all at a great price. I have used chip repair companies before who did not do a great job but as a consumer, I was unaware of the difference between poor service and great service. Scott explained all of the details and I feel like I am not only left with a solid repair but also consider myself an informed customer. Do not attempt to use large companies who train their staff for two weeks online and then send them out to customers without the proper knowledge or skill sets to do a proper repair. If you want the job done right, with integrity and at a fair price, I highly recommend Scott and Ace Chip 'N' Crack Repair!

Very well! Scott arrived on time and explained that I had a "double impact" crack. He explained how he would repair the many cracks and what was different about his repair process for this type of crack versus the process used by some other windshield repair companies. He finished the repair in about 30 minutes. The repair looks great and am confident that the job was done right. When I offered Scott a tip for the excellent job he informed me that as the owner he could not accept the tip. The next time I need a windshield repair I know who I am calling to get it repaired for $69.

Got two chips driving down the freeways in the past one month. One chip was the size of a dime and would easily spread if not repaired quickly. So, I was searching for repair, even looking at shops along the roadsides. Searched on Angie's List and Yelp to find Ace Chip 'N' Crack with A ratings on both websites. Scott came to my location the next day within the specified time window. He explained how he would repair the cracks and performed the service while I watched and even showed the repair as he was filling the acrylic. Once the work was completed, I could not tell where the rock chips were. In fact, I had a few scratches at other locations and they became visible. The actual repaired chips were not visible until I would see from an angle to find a small hairline. Same thing from inside the car. Scott has truly done an excellent job. After he left, I found an article on WSJ.com about how windshield repair is done by Safelite and the description matches all the steps that Scott performed while I watched over. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. (Tried taking pictures, but it is not visible!)

I've used Scott for many many years for my windshield rock chip/crack repairs.  This is a wife/husband company and they are both very professional and friendly.  His wife sets up the appointment and Scott comes to you.  Scott came to my house at the agreed time and did the work correctly.  I can't recall how many rock repairs Scott has performed for me, but his work is excellent and he's good on his guarantee.  If you ask Scott anything about auto windshields and/or repairs he'll show you he has a thorough understanding of the industry and the products he uses for repairs.  He takes great pride in his in work.  Don't use the guys on the side of the road for repairs.  They'll come and go.  Don't use the big name company (we all know who).  They won't take an interest in your repairs or warranty issues.  Ace Chip n Crack is the best I've found.

My daughter referred them so I called this morning.  They had a time available between 12 and 1 pm. Let's do it.  Scott came out within the time frame( scheduler called in advance to let me know he was on his way) explained and demonstrated the process and in less than 30 minutes he was done. Great work. Scott and his wife ARE the operation, Scott does all the work and his wife schedules the jobs. Caught the chip in time before it started to spread out and I'm good to go.   Could not have had a better experience; I'll recommend them to all my friends.

Scott arrived on time and completed the job in my garage in less than an hour. He did not rush or hurry. He took his time and did it right. He explained what he was going to do to repair the crack and explained in advance that there would be a slight indication of the crack even after the repair but it is 99% better that before he made his repair. Would use again before I replace a windshied. Replacing a windshield can open up other issues like future potential leaks.

I noticed a tiny chip on my windshield and knew if I didn't get it fixed promptly it would become larger quickly. I did not want the expense of replacing my windshield, and since I was home for the day, I decided to get it fixed immediately. I checked online reviews and found several excellent reviews for Ace Chip and quot;Nand quot; Crack Specialist. Next I went to Angie's List and confirmed the A rating.
I called to make an appointment at about 10:30 AM and was given a 12:00-1:00 time frame. She said the best results would be if the vehicle was under cover so I parked the car in the shade. She told me the cost would be $59 including tax for one small chip and that my insurance company might cover the full amount. I did not realize it might be covered since $59 is less than my deductible.
Sure enough, when I called my insurance agent I was told it would be covered and since it was a first claim it would not affect my premiums...I always check to see how a claim affects my premiums!
Scott arrived on time and observed a second smaller chip on the windshield. He said it would be $10 for the second chip and let me call my insurance agent to tell them about the additional cost. They approved the amount and I gave Scott the go ahead to begin the repairs (I would gladly pay the amount myself). Scott completed the repairs within 40 minutes. He is a very amiable guy and he thoroughly explained the process and the expected results. We also talked about having a locally owned, family run (his wife schedules appointments) business and exchanged business cards.
I realize this was a small ticket repair but without Ace it could have been an unpleasant way to spend my day off.

I called the company at about 1 pm central and they scheduled an appointment at my work between 3 pm and 4pm. Scott arrived at 3:30 pm and quickly repaired my windshield. It took about 30 minutes to complete the job. Scott explained what he did in detail and was very professional. I was completely happy with the repair job.
