Nickel and domed us on the M.Bathroom project and we did not end up with a frameless shower door like we really wanted, and now we are having to re-do because the shower esp. is a total failure- water damage, door breaking, loose tiles.  Texture/painter guy was a joke-did not know what he was doing and I left house briefly and came back to find him eating his lunch at MY kitchen table that had persona/ business papers on it.     Had lots of wood flooring put through house. Terrible job on the trim placement-nail holes visible, cracked.
 Baseboards in kids' bathroom replaced due to water damage(they were builder MDF board)-terrible job-not the right depth baseboard to fit in space with tiles and broke a lot of tiles in process. poor repair job.  He hires people as he can, whoever is available so not reliable. He is a smooth talker but bad follow-up. On the cracked tiles, he actually had the nerve to ask me  when i pointed them out, "are you sure they weren't already broken?" Are you kidding me! Wouldn't we have discussed that before replacing baseboards!!.  Treat my house like you would want when work is being done!

He was responsible for letting the contractors in and out and came faithfully everyday to inspect the work.  He was not over priced, since we compared prices.  He had some great suggestions and when we wanted something redone, he did it cheerfully.  We were quite pleased and will use him again to renovate our master bedroom/bathroom.  Honest and hardworking.
