Raymond was punctual and explained what he was going to do when he arrived a the house. He inspected the house and swimming pool in about to 3 hours. He explained what he was doing as he did the inspection and recommended things that I could do later on to better the house. He emailed me the report the next day. The report was easy to read and he included pictures of the problems and pictures of the way it was supposed to look.
