Wood Fence - Install
They started when they saw d they would. Came everyday until they finished. They cleaned up everyday. Their workmanship was excellent. Used quality materials. My fence looks great. I m so happy. Always polite and courteous.

Chain Link Fence Installation
Randy is very good to work with, with very reasonable pricing. In addition to installing chain link fence that required a not so normal layout and install, I also had them do dirt and spreading work to level my yard. Started and completed work on time. I will use Randy and his crew again for future projects.

Wood Fence Repair
Very competitive prices and very professional. Randy and his team worked on this large project for 5 days (as promised) and did a great job repairing my wood privacy fence which needed much welding, post removal/replacement, and wood and stain work. He completed the job on time and on budget and I have come away very pleased. The fence looks better than it ever has. I will definitely use RD Construction services again should I have additional projects. Highly recommended.

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
An excellent contractor and crew; very reasonably priced. They painted over three days and cleaned up the job site each day. By the last day, you'd never know they'd been there other than the walls and ceilings were totally, beautifully transformed. I will hire this contractor again for other work!

Beyond what we expected. Randy and his awesome crew remodeled our master bath, 2nd bath, installed a walkway, painted interior and exterior, blew insulation in the attic, moved a retaining wall for more room on the driveway and next project is a cabana by the pool. So happy to have found this company. Had numerous places that had to be repaired due to plumbers creating holes to reroute plumbing. Randy and his crew did a beautiful job of repairing and matching texture and paint. Very professional.

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
We hired Randy and his crew to do several projects for us in a new home that we purchased in Granbury that needed updating. When Randy came out to give his estimate he was very friendly, he assured us that he could do all of the jobs we needed done. These jobs consisted of painting and laying tile. My main complaint is not with the work but with the customer service after the work. Once we paid it appeared we were a chore or bother to have Randy fix issues with the work that they done. From broke blinds to touch up and base boards. We felt like he had better things when he had our money.

Nice people, but frustrating circumstances. Never did get the splashed concrete off my brick and took several calls to get them to remove a pile of trash related to the service. Also I guess I didn't specify that I would like them to not leave a pile of dirt and a resulting hole at the edge of the project.... But I guess that's my fault :-(

Very professional. Discussed exactly what was needed - staining all exterior wood on house. Provided estimate - very good price. All wood was power washed and scraped where needed. Stain was applied with meticulous care and none of the surrounding stone was splattered. Even the smallest amount of stain leaking behind tape was removed. The owner, Randy De Los Santos, showed the kind of pride and diligence in his work that is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend this company.
