The provider discovered that the main filter attached to the inside of the unit was coated in mold, the ducts and coils in the attic were also very dirty, and the ducts weren't up to date. The worker cleaned the areas of concern thoroughly and used a substance to insure that they remained clean.

they called back after the repaired to check on the job. they made sure the ac was running right . check vents. cleaned up after the job. seemed that the cost was high, but was cheaper than anyone else that I could find. all the others price the job from 2060 to about 2900
