I called Jessie's about ten days ago for a new a/c estimate. He emailed the estimate that day. It turned out to be $3,000 less than one given by another company. I called Monday accepting his bid. He called back Tuesday saying he would set up an appointment for Thursday. Came by about 11:00 this morning to install it, finishing up about 4:00 p.m. We mentioned that the bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house and that we were using a window unit there at night. He was concerned about that and would check with us tomorrow, and if it were still hot, would see what could be done.

He figured out an issue for me that no other company could fix. He knows what hes doing.
