They were very nice and made me feel comfortable about leaving my little guy (his first time being boarded) I will definitely go back to them in the future!

We discovered our boxer had two tumor on 2/12. The veterinarian was very understanding to our concerns and was able to outline the best course of action (treatment) for the tumors. The office was quick to schedule surgery for removal on 2/25. We were given a very specific breakdown of the necessary costs and also some additional costs for add on services that we could select if we felt we wanted it.
This was an overnight appointment. We dropped our boxer off that morning, the technicians were great with her bringing her back. Very gentle! As our boxer was pretty scared. We opted for additional treatments as far as pain management and also to send one of the tumors off for testing.
We picked her up the next day, she was a little drowsy but otherwise in good shape. The veterinarian gave us great instructions on what to watch for and how to treat the stitched areas to aid in the healing process.
She's good as new now, and the tumors turned out to be benign! We won't take out pets anywhere else but to Ark! I highly recommend them for any four-legged family members.

I board my two cats with them whenever I have to go somewhere. They are awesome. I can bring in my own food, all my kitties favorite toys and know that they will be well taken care of. The last time I dropped them off it was for 14 days. I had noticed something off about one cat, so I asked the doc to take a look. When I picked them up i was told she had a clean bill of health. My cats are always clean, happy and healthy when I pick them up. They know them by name and personality. Flash is a very outgoing, lovable siamese with me since she was 6 weeks old. Luna is a shelter cat. She was taken to the shelter when she was one and has always been a very nonsocial cat. When I picked them up this last time, I could tell that her attitude had changed. She is a lot more outgoing and affectionate. The employees there actually play with the animals, tke them out of the kennels, talk to them. The prices are reasonable and my cats are always healthy. I have boarded before in other places, and my cats always smelled bad and were more than ready to come home. At Ark, they are just as happy going in as they are coming out.
