I called Alderfer's and the secretary had a technician call me right away. They came out the next day and did a full service on my unit. The technician was very informative and easy to understand. He did not just come and go but stood there and explained to me what was wrong with my unit and took the time to show me how the unit worked and why I had to replace some parts. I highly recommend this company. They were very personable and not so commercial that they forgot about the client's needs.
