 + -1 moreThey come once a week always at the same time except for the holidays where they come the day after or before. We've been pleased with them. Their customer services is good.

 + -1 moreThey are very punctual as to what time they are coming to pick up the trash. And, they don't leave any residuals around the trash or if some stuff falls out, they get out and actually will pick it up. I tried to do a little comparison shopping and they were pretty reasonable.
